💺 Whether you’re sitting or standing at your desk, posture matters!

Poor workstation setup can lead to neck pain, back pain, and tension headaches — but small adjustments make a big difference:
✅ Keep screens at eye level
✅ Relax shoulders and keep wrists neutral
✅ Take breaks to stretch and move
✅ Alternate between sitting and standing every hour

Your spine (and productivity!) will thank you. 🙌

If you’re feeling the effects of long desk hours, our team at Popwell Scota Spine Center can help you feel and move better with personalized chiropractic care.

Last but not least its the sacrum!!!

⚡ The sacrum is the “keystone” of your spine, linking the pelvis and lumbar region. Misalignments can cause low back tension, tailbone pain, or nerve irritation. Adjusting the sacrum helps stabilize your spine and support better overall function.

One of the most common issues we see is rotation in the pelvis!!!

🦵 The pelvis is your body’s foundation, connecting the spine to your hips and legs. When it’s out of alignment, you might notice hip pain, uneven leg length, or sciatic-type symptoms. Pelvic adjustments restore balance and stability from the ground up.

Learn a little bit about why we adjust your lumbar spine (Low Back)!!

🏋️‍♀️ Your lumbar spine carries a big load — literally! Issues here often show up as low back pain, leg discomfort, or tight hips/hamstrings. Adjustments reduce nerve irritation and help you move with less pain and more strength.

Why do we adjust the thoracic spine (Mid-Back)?

🫁 The thoracic spine connects to your ribcage, meaning poor alignment here can affect breathing, posture, and mid-back stiffness. Adjustments free up movement, support better lung function, and reduce that “hunched over” feeling.

Ever wonder why we adjust the Cervical Spine (Neck)?

💆‍♂️ Your neck does more than just hold up your head! Misalignments in the cervical spine can lead to headaches, stiff necks, and even radiating shoulder or arm pain. Adjustments here help restore motion, improve posture, and ease nerve tension.
