On Thursday, September 18, the NHFHS Mobile Medical Team (MMT) will be providing medical services at Heritage Communities (200 Clark Street), in Greenville. Our MMT unit features a 35-foot state-of-the-art mobile medical unit with two exam rooms, staffed by a medical provider and support staff. Patients can receive a wide range of primary care services including preventative care, treatment for minor illnesses, and management of chronic conditions.
