New Horizon Family Health Services has increased our nominal fees for sliding fee category A.

🩺 For Medical services, the nominal fee has increased from $15 to $20.
🧠 For Behavioral Health services, the nominal fee has increased from $5 to $10.
🦷 For Dental services, the nominal fee has increased from $15 to $50.

This does not affect the sliding fee scales for Pharmacy or the Ryan White program. For more information, visit newhorizonfhs.org.

Starting January 1, 2026, New Horizon Family Health Services will be increasing its nominal fee for sliding fee category A.
For Medical services, the nominal fee will increase from $15 to $20.
For Behavioral Health services, the nominal fee will increase from $5 to $10.
