New Horizon Family Health Services has increased our nominal fees for sliding fee category A.
🩺For Medical services, the nominal fee will increase from $15 to $20.
🧠For Behavioral Health services, the nominal fee will increase from $5 to $10.
🦷For Dental services, the nominal fee will increase from $15 to $50.
