Crossroads was founded in 2005, with more than 100 locations across nine states. We provide medication-assisted treatment and measurement-based care to help our patients on their paths to recovery. We also offer services for hepatitis C, toxicology screening, digital health screens, and smoking cessation in many of our locations.
