I’ll be providing on-site athlete support and offering a limited, event-only bundle for attendees.

Running hard this Valentine’s Day? ❤️ 
I’ll be at the Upstate Running Club’s Lovers Lane race this Saturday at Bridgeway Station providing on-site runner support, movement prep, and recovery guidance before and after the race. 
Whether you’re racing the 2-mile, jumping into the relay, or just coming out to support the community, stop by and say hi. I’d love to help you move and feel your best.
