📣 Calling all Spartanburg expecting parents! We are NOW OFFERING our Breastfeeding Basics class at our Reidville Road location (2430 Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301).

This class is a great way for pregnant mamas to have all their breastfeeding questions answered. Taught by one of our Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC), this course is open to couples, and we encourage partner participation, as they can be a key to success for new moms adjusting to breastfeeding. Winter weather is headed our way, and Five Forks provider Lauren Williams is sharing a few easy ways to stay cozy and warm with this impending storm coming! ❄️

- Dress in layers! Not cotton, a moisture-wicking base, an insulating middle layer (fleece/wool), and a wind/water-resistant outer layer.
- Make sure all of our extremities are covered!
- Take breaks every 30 to 60 minutes, so we can warm up and check in!
- Hydrate and fuel well!
- If clothes get wet from playing in the snow, make sure to change out of those promptly when coming indoors!
