My business, Aktivere Sports Massage, is small. You don’t have to worry about waiting in a big lobby with lots of others around. I schedule appointments 30 minutes apart, so that I may wipe down surfaces, and sanitize to keep my space clean. I will wear a mask with clients. It’s your time to unwind, reduce stress and I want to help you reduce and eliminate pain. I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point therapy, but also offer relaxing massage. I want to thank all my clients and followers who have supported me through the pandemic! I feel fortunate that I’m working again; helping people heal from injuries and reducing pain using massage therapy. I’m so fortunate to have the opportunity to help others heal from injuries, pain and stress relief. I have openings this week! I’m working solo in my own office space, so no worries about waits or being around a bunch of other people. I’m taking all precautions to keep you and me healthy! As of Monday, May 18, 2020 Aktivere Sports Massage is reopening! I’m so excited to get back to work. I’m taking all necessary precautions to keep my space disinfected and sanitized, as always! What are y’all doing to stay healthy during this flu season?
I am taking olive leaf. It has some great benefits for boosting immunity, weight loss and cardiovascular benefits. My choice is Olivus and it’s organic. It comes in capsules or tea. I buy it in the one pound bag and take it that way. I also take golden seal every other day.
Keep moving, even if you only have 5-10-15 minutes. Go for a walk, take the stairs, park further away at your destination -It probably saves more time and dings to your vehicle, rather than waiting on a space or squeezing into a space.
