The number one thing we hear from people this time of year is about their struggle with overeating. And there is so much bu****it advice out there to HeLp 🙄 with this; drink more water to feel fuller, exercise more to burn off meals, restrict more, join a “no pounds challenge” to learn how to manipulate the scale… and the list goes on and on…
But one of the first things, is to understand the science and biology behind what’s happening to our bodies this time of year.
Then to acknowledge that these normal and biological things are happening while also being coupled with a time of year that is filled with food, festivities, alcohol and parties!
Then creating a game plan for working WITH your biology to navigate this time of year and make it successful as possible👏🏼
