                                            It’s National Nut Day! 🥜
And no — I’m not talking about your family.
I’m talking about real nuts: those nutrient-dense little powerhouses loaded with healthy fats, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Eating them 4–5 times a week can help support heart health, balance blood sugar, and even boost brain function.
So grab a handful of almonds, walnuts, pecans, or cashews — raw or dry roasted — and add them to your breakfast, salads, or just snack on them as-is.
🚫 Fun fact: peanuts don’t count. They’re legumes.
