Heidi has been a clinical massage therapist in her own practice of 12 years as well as alongside holistic minded health care professionals. Her professional training includes acupressure, thai, neuromuscular, myofascial, scar tissue management, reflexology and oncology. Her focus is integrative, utilizing soft tissue work and movement-based techniques to help people with chronic pain, repetitive injury and dysfunction improve their well-being and quality of life.
