Hunt Regional Healthcare introduces Hunt Regional Specialists Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine.

Hunt Regional acquired Pulmonary Associates of Greenville in effort to secure this critical medical care specialty in the region for the future. Mohan Philip, MD and Michelle Iniguez, FNP-C will remain in their current clinic location and continue caring for pulmonary and sleep patients.

Hunt Regional Specialists Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine provides comprehensive care for patients with lung and sleep disorders, including asthma, COPD, emphysema, pulmonary embolism, sleep apnea, insomnia, and more. Specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of pulmonary and sleep-related conditions, care is coordinated closely with primary care providers, hospital services, and specialty care teams to ensure continuity, timely diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

“Providing a path forward for pulmonary and sleep medicine specialty care in our community for years to come is important to our board of directors,” stated Hunt Regional CEO Lee Boles. “This investment will allow a continuation of service to our patients now and in the future.”

We apologize for any temporary inconvenience in accessing entrances or parking areas at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Continuous rainwater leaks in multiple spots over many years necessitate an extensive exterior waterproofing effort to the building which will be completed in phases over the next 9 months.

Our new hyperbaric chamber has arrived!
Wound care is an important aspect of medical care for our community. One wound treatment technique is providing 100% oxygen to accelerate tissue regeneration. HBO is primarily used for treating hard-to-heal wounds and soft tissue damage. Pure oxygen is used in a pressurized environment which increases the oxygen levels in the body tissue to help heal and fight infection. Often, patients will have thirty or more visits in the chamber during their treatment scope. A patient's medical provider will refer for HBO if it is the best course of action.
Hunt Regional has used hyperbaric oxygen treatments for over twenty years. New equipment helps realize our vision to create a healthier future together.
