Brenda Baker, ND, CNC, MH, CNHP, LDHS

Brenda Baker is a graduate of Trinity College of Natural Health with a doctorate degree in Naturopathy, Certified Master Herbalist, Certified Nutritional Counseling, and Certified Natural Health Practitioner She has also studied at the Loomis Institute where she attained certification in Digestive Health. Brenda had the pleasure of working and studying with Terry Hall from Creative Health for over 5 years before her retirement in December 2015. When Brenda’s youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia at the age of twelve; they tried pharmaceutical medication for two years then one day her son boldly stated, “No more meds,” which ultimately changed his and Brenda’s lives. Researching alternative methods to pharmaceutical medications lead Brenda on a mission to complete her studies in Natural Health. Brenda believes that true wellness can occur when alternative health measures are incorporated with ancient techniques such as Biochemical 24 hour Urine analysis, Signs and Symptoms Survey, Iridology, Face, Tongue and Nail analysis and Visceral Stress palpations. "I've worked with many health care practitioners since being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, and Brenda is the best. She has been invested in every part of my wellness, and is truly my biggest advocate. Working with her has greatly reduced my UC symptoms, and given me the confidence that remission is possible! We have a 2 year old that consistently stayed sick. It was so often that his body was immune to all 3 oral antibiotics and we were having to use shots to get him “well”. We decided to try an alternative option to modern medicine. We found Authentic Health and did the Cellular Package for our little one. The results we received were super detailed with food, supplement and lifestyle changes. Over the last few months out little one has used all the supplements suggested and not only has he stayed well, his sleep schedule has improved, he is more energetic and he eats so much better. We have really been impressed with his progress that we will get everyone within the family tested so we can all live in a top level of health! 10/10 recommend! Hannah

My experience with Authentic Health has been nothing short of spectacular results.
The Bioenergetic testing revealed so many things I needed help with, such as hormone balance, nutritional balance, allergies, and a well needed digestive balance . With the correct protocol and guidance I’ve experienced, needless to say my health has improved tremendously. I have more energy, I move better, sleep better and even feel more alert. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far after starting the weight loss program.
With a few weeks left I’m sure to reach my goal .

I came to Brenda, seeking to identify and resolve the deeper imbalances behind my symptoms. In the past, I've tried functional medicine, acupuncture, and other modalities. Brenda takes a different approach.
I like how her testing system measures what's going on in my body and identifies exactly what homeopathic remedies, enzymes, and supplements will support it best. My initial symptoms were resolved within a month, and I continue to build health by retesting and adjusting - peeling back the layers, like an onion, as Brenda says.
Does it replace my regular medical care? No. But it supports it, and I think helps me avoid it! I'm 68, and I'd like to stay off regular medications as long as possible. I believe Brenda is helping me do just that. CM

TESTIMONY WEDNESDAY....(I know it has been awhile)

Brenda has been a Godsend! I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in June of 23 after months of being extremely sick and losing 20lbs. I could hardly get out of bed, I lost my job and friends.

The GI Dr gave me no hope to a healthy life or a life in general which is very hard for a 16 year old to hear. We started to look at alternatives for my health. We sought holistic care that improved my health some. My food options were extremely limited. When I ran into a friend who recommended Brenda. Brenda was able to find the root cause and I am improving more! I am now a healthy weight and my food options are expanding! I am starting to live again and enjoying life! I had no hope as a 16 year old but I’ve grown a lot and I’m so much more hopeful as a 17 year old.

Brenda is a graduate of Trinity College of Natural Health with a doctorate degree in Naturopathy, and holds the following certifications; Certified Digestive Health Specialist, Board Certified Drug-less Practitioner, Board Certified Alternative Medical Practitioner, Certified Master Herbalist, Certified Nutritional Counselor, and Certified Natural Health Practitioner.
