Last night’s Summer Soul Series at BridgeWay Station was full of heat, heart, and strength. Ashley brought the fire with a Soul Strong class that felt like a full-on show. 🔥

She’s a performer at heart, and it shows every time she leads, bold, expressive, and electric from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who brought the energy and made it such a powerful night. We will be back at Bridgeway Station next Tuesday for an All Levels Vinyasa class!
