Welcome to the AOUONSC FIC page! This site aims to connect the families, children, wives, significant others, and friends of South Carolina's incarcerated and formerly incarcerated citizens.
The All Of Us Or None SC Formerly Incarcerated Cohorts is dedicated to advancing the freedoms and liberties of peers and organizing for these freedoms of equality, integrity, and restoration of rights of formerly and currently incarcerated individuals in South Carolina. So, the formerly incarcerated can work on healing and rebuilding their lives in the community without rejection, discrimination, harassment, fear, and further harm.
The mission involves organizing campaigns, proposal writing, and legislating new policies and updated penal codes to focus on diversity inclusion, reinstatement of civil and human rights, and harm repair rather than polarity from top-down structures leadership controlling humanity to incite fear and suffering. We seek to shed light on the injustices faced by people with past arrests and conviction histories. We aim to support each other and advocate for better policies so that the criminal justice system will not harm our children and grandchildren for the rest of their lives. We believe in changing the way SC incarcerates our people and in receiving forgiveness and fair treatment from society upon release. Our collective supports and advocates for justice-impacted citizens and their loved ones, addressing issues of involuntary servitude, racial injustice, and social impact stemming from past arrests and convictions.
This platform empowers South Carolina offenders and ex-offenders, providing transparency and a platform to express your voice on those experiences. We aim to address current racial discrimination, societal issues, and childhood trauma that have led to over-capacity in prisons and jails, as SC sweeps away the working poor and the unfortunate to give away jobs to illegals, which creates intent on further injustices to formerly incarcerated citizens. "WE ARE HERE TO AMPLIFY"
We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and we are working to end the stigma that surrounds people who have been incarcerated. We are pursuing a future where formerly incarcerated people can thrive, regardless of their past. If you or someone you know has been impacted by the criminal justice system, please join us. We are stronger together.
We organize through proposal writing for accessible opportunities and restored privileges, recognizing the discrimination and suffering experienced behind bars and upon re-entering communities. We believe that formerly incarcerated citizens are often treated as less than human and that we must collectively work toward a policy lens that addresses these injustices.
We invite those willing to stand in solidarity with us to share firsthand experiences, organize for change within the criminal justice system and prison industrial complex, and participate in rallying on 'Quest for Democracy' day in Early Spring at the State Capitol. We can do this, South Carolina, all of us or none.
