Hip Flexors

The hip flexors are a group of muscles (including the iliopsoas, re**us femoris, and sartorius) located at the front of your hips. They’re responsible for lifting your knee toward your chest and stabilizing your pelvis and lower spine.

This proprietary program of stretching uses a patent pending strapping system, together with specific protocols to work with the muscle tonus (muscle’s nervous tension) in a scientific way to achieve an optimal active range of motion.
