Not all of us get to be biological mothers. Yet, we have mothered many.

Though you may not carry the title of “mother”, know that you are valued & appreciated.

Scripture says, one man plants, another waters, but it is God who gives the increase. So even if no one else tells you, I want to say Thank you for your pour, because your pour allows God to give increase!

Two things:
1. Get you some friends that will put your name in rooms that will lead to opportunities for you to walk in your purpose.

2. In all of the 15 years that I’ve facilitated the human knot as an activity, I’ve NEVER in my life seen anyone ever try to throw someone thru the knot! It was hilarious! They were so determined tho…

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with these young ladies from Western Line School District & Humphrey County School District. Thank you MS Delta Gear Up Partnership & Delta Proud Youth Initiative Leadership Camp for the invitation.

The Boys & Girls Club of Washington County is currently seeking mature, reliable & committed people to join our team. Must have a positive attitude, a passion for youth, reliable transportation, clean background & driving record. Experience in community service and education is preferred but not required.

Positions Available:
⚫️ Cook/Custodian (this position will also assist with afterschool pickup/bus route) - Individual must be ServeSafe Certified, well organized, & a team player.

⚫️ Program Assistant (this position will also assist with afterschool pickup/bus route) - Individual must have great oral/written communication skills, be energetic, well organized & and team player.

My Granny was hands down one of the most influential women in my life! Now that she is gone, I realize that she took every opportunity that she could to teach me something I would need once she was off the scene. One of the things that my Granny instilled in me was to give people their flowers while they lived so they could smell them for themselves. & if you knew that lady, you know that she LOVED flowers! & she especially loved roses…

That being said, in Celebration of Women’s History Month (March 2024) AND in Honor of my Granny (Ms. Willie Mae Moore), we will be honoring two (2) Ladies with bouquets of Roses on March 30th.

Here’s how this will go:
💐Using the comment section, tag a lady & tell how she has inspired you using 25 words or LESS. Each lady tagged will be entered into a drawing for a chance to be gifted with a fresh bouquet of Roses.

💐Additionally, each person that comments will be entered into a separate drawing for a chance to be gifted with a fresh bouquet of Roses.

💐Each bouquet will be personally delivered by a T&C Rep so they must be within the MS Delta.

💐Deadline to enter is Monday, March 25th at 11:59pm. Recipients will be announced & gifted on March 30th.
