Bebe time. I have loved having her on my mat with me these last nine months. Will cherish the fun of getting kicked while in savasana. Thankful for yoga helping to presence me to this wonder world of pregnancy. 🙏🏻

36 weeks pregnant now and learning so much in this liminal, softer, slower-paced season. It does seem like there’s a lot “under-construction” at the time including our home, our street, this baby, my business and entire systems. Learning to soften into presence and patience more while releasing the need to have it all complete and figured out.

I feel the same can go for our future vision -where we want to be in 5/10 years- which I’ve been sharing about lately. The times we feel a bit blurry invite us to clear the slate and rediscover where we want to go, how we want our life to feel. Thankful for the space to be in wonder, witness everyday miracles, hold hands with my loves and befriend curiosity. 🤍

Visioning has long been one of my favorite practices.

I used to believe my vision had to be crystal clear to be worth my time. Now I see it differently. Visioning isn’t a one-time download (could be!) more often, it’s a process; an exploration. An unfolding.

Sometimes it’s less about seeing the whole picture and more about holding space for the “threads” of a vision to emerge—whether for tomorrow, next year, or decades from now.

I may not have every detail figured out, but I do know how I want to feel—and how our home feels—by December. And that’s enough to begin.

When we release frustration around a perfect vision and make room for uncertainty, curiosity becomes possible. Maybe your shorter-term vision feels blurry (mine does too right now), while your five- or ten-year vision feels clearer. That’s okay. Visioning is creative. Visioning is personal.

The difference - and challenge - for me throughout my life has been being where I am - more fully. I love to be creating my future and often float out of the present. A yoga student confessed today, “stillness (being) is hard.” Beliefs about being busy and productive all the time are big and visit me too. Yet, it is presence that brings a depth and joy to my life that can’t be ignored. It’s what keeps curiosity alive and tethers me to my practice. I’m grateful for being challenged to shed beliefs outgrown and anchor into something richer: Presence brings a wonder and depth to life that inspires me. Thanks for leading this work as part of vision writing. ✍️

Hi! 👋

Like the trees this season, I’ve been loving the feeling of shedding what’s ready to be released and holding onto what’s truly essential. It’s been helping me land more fully in my body—and in my life—and I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself on here.

I’m a wife, mom, yogi, coach, runner, mountain biker, former triathlete, Nature lover and sourdough novice. I come alive through movement, fresh air, and setting new goals—and I find “home” through yoga, rest, and stillness.

I love teaching yoga that helps students come home to their bodies and experience the peace that comes when our mind gets quiet. And I love coaching clients to create a future vision they can feel in their bones—one that lights up their whole being.

Motherhood is my greatest teacher and my biggest love right now. I’m learning to integrate all the parts of my life so that they all can work together— family, health, work— and realizing how deeply we need one another. I’ve never felt so grateful for the community and friends we have in our life.

Yogini in training! A sweet highlight with my niece Evie who joined my riverside practice for a few minutes last month in Michigan. Whether we’re four or 84, yoga can meet us where we are and open beautiful new doors!

A student recently asked me to share some basics of meditation so we did a little practice together then went into a moving mediation on our mats. For almost ten years now, meditation has been a place I land to let the dust settle, connect to my breath and something bigger. It’s imperfect and sometimes feels pointless but more often it helps me let go of the notion that life is about doing. Thankfully I’ve learned that it’s more about being and I must give meditation a lot of credit.

I wonder if there’s a part of us craving a little more meditation these days. A little more unplugging from what’s out there and being with what’s in here. A good pause to reset.

I heard an interesting metaphor that’s stuck with me about a motorboat speeding all over the place looking for a calm, serene spot. It was creating the waves when all it had to do was stop. 🚤😊

A season of littles! Of being on the floor, cleaning up crumbs, staring into these eyes and breathing deeply because it’s all so fleeting yet incredible. Caring for young children requires more energy than the combined Ironmans I’ve done and I’ve never had more respect for the millions of mamas who are in the same boat. So thankful to have my yoga practice as an undercurrent in my life to restore and remember the gifts around me.

Becoming a mother calls for a new introduction! I’m now 8 months into this incredible new journey after almost 5 years of enduring infertility. Heartbreak, delayed plans, and answered prayers have taught me lessons in faith and patience that smooth sailing never could have.

Now, integrating my life as a wife, mother, teacher, personal coach, friend and more, I’m focused on building my family and offering the yoga and coaching services that light me up the most. That is, supporting my coaching clients in writing a compelling vision for their life that they feel 100% connected to. And for my yogis, it’s guiding students on a movement and breath journey back into their bodies. No forcing, just flow.

I’ll forever be a student of Nature incorporating seasonal principles into all I do. Im a gardener and a pollinator of possibility. My vision and goals training through provides an energetic, and strong foundation for living a dynamic and creative life. Combined, these navigation tools provide a framework for forward movement and momentum in both challenging and exciting times.

A lover of travel, a homebody, a former Ironwoman, a restorative yoga champion: I’m a paradox in a human body! As one of my teachers says, we contain multitudes and that couldn’t be more true for this maiden turned mama! Cheers to being and becoming💛thanks for reading

A month or so ago I stopped in my tracks on a run because I was struck by the beauty of these trees branches and blossoms. The way the water drops rested on the mossy leaves. I felt my body take a nice deep breath and reset.

these spontaneous moments of seeing and appreciating beautiful things lift and energize me in a really special way.

In a season of lots of to-do’s, it is such a big practice to be right where I am. Learning and unlearning how to do this all over again. Failing and succeeding!

Hello after taking a nice long break on here!

7 months ago I walked up and down these stairs to (attempt to) move a baby down and out. Today I am a new mama finding some time to sweat, move and process so many feelings. It’s a beautiful new life and I’m very much in the process of building and creating something new as someone new. I have so many questions….”whats the best work balance? What’s going on with my milk? Will I ever wear my hair down again?”

I was tempted to write the caption, “swearing the crazies out” but I’m not crazy. I’m a human being evolving. Making time to “be” and become. 💗
