Busy hands, full hearts, and a whole lot of laughter—that’s how we spent today at Oakley Place 🌼

This morning we rolled up our sleeves and got to work building raised flower beds for our courtyard. There’s something special about creating a space we’ll soon watch bloom together—dirt under our nails and smiles all around.

We traded our tools for menus at lunch with a trip to Bob Evans (because you’ve got to refuel properly after all that hard work 😉). Good food, great company, and plenty of stories shared across the table.

And just when you’d think we’d be ready to slow down… nope! We wrapped up the afternoon with a lively round of noodle ball—full of friendly competition, belly laughs, and just the right amount of chaos.

Days like today remind us it’s not just about staying busy—it’s about building, connecting, and enjoying every moment together 💛
