I am trained as a Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and I emphasize the normal birth process as well as the importance of a birth partner in meeting your birthing goals. I believe that, with the proper education and support, all expectant mothers can begin motherhood with a sense of accomplishment and pride in their birth journey. The experience that my husband and I had preparing for the birth of our first daughter was transformative. We grew as individuals and as a team and ultimately felt empowered and excited to journey through our labor together.
