Looking for a light, heart-healthy meal that's perfect for spring? 🐟 This Lemon Herb Baked Salmon is packed with nutrients that support senior wellbeing, including omega-3s for heart and brain health.

Ingredients
🧈 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
🧈 2 tablespoons olive oil
🧈 2 cloves garlic, minced
🧈 Juice and zest of 1 lemon
🧈 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh chopped dill
🧈 Salt and pepper to taste
🧈 Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
✅ Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
✅ Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
✅ Mix garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dill together, then spoon evenly over each fillet.
✅ Season with salt and pepper.
✅ Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
✅ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm alongside steamed vegetables or a light spring salad. 🌿

Our talented Chef Michael out did himself, preparing an incredible spread inspired entirely by the iconic flavors of the Masters. From classic favorites to beautifully crafted bites, every dish brought a taste of tournament tradition to life.
Great food, great company, and a perfect day on the green/ doesn’t get much better than that! ⛳️

We were thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of our brand new putting green with a special ribbon cutting ceremony at our community-perfectly themed “The Masters : Hole in One”
Residents,staff and guests enjoyed a day full of fun , laughter, and a little friendly competition as we officially opened the exciting new space.
Here’s to many more days of Sunshine ☀️, putting practice , and hole-in-one memories. 🏌️ 🌟
