We are excited to announce we are now offering a new yoga class at our Crescent One location on Friday Mornings at 7am. Reach out to 864-420-3371 to sign up or show up at 25 Goldsmith St. Greenville.
Kamber Parker Bowden will be leading the class.

First class is Friday June 6th.
Classes are a $25 for a drop in.
Group class cards are available / 5 classes for $100.
If you purchase a card next week you’ll get a 6th class free!

Kamber Parker Bowden is a certified yoga instructor with her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. She’s also the founder of Generational Performance Solutions, where she helps companies improve communication, collaboration, and retention across generations. Kamber runs her business just next door from the Flywheel office and is excited to share her love of yoga with this community. As a runner and business owner, she’s passionate about using yoga as a way to slow down, reset, and bring a sense of calm to busy lives. Whether you are a new student or a lover of yoga, her class is all levels and designed to help you reconnect—physically, mentally, and intentionally.

As a reminder to our clients there are no training sessions on Monday Memorial Day. The gym doors will be open for those who want to come in on their own.

We have created a wellness center to help you with your needs. Reflexology, Massage, Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, 10 miles of outside trails for mental destressing, convenience of 2 gyms in town are all ways we have made health a reality. Come and enjoy!
