ECU Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa

Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) is the first collegiate honor society of a national scope to give recognition for leadership. The ECU Circle was founded in 1990.

The ECU Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa was founded in 1990. Since it's founding, the East Carolina University Circle has continued to grow, with more than 600 students, faculty, and staff initiated into Omicron Delta Kappa. In 1994, the ECU Circle began accepting alumni members. In 2012, the East Carolina University Circle celebrated its 22nd anniversary. Membership into ECU's Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa is one of the highest honors an East Carolina student can receive. Invitation into the Circle is a recognition of leadership, commitment to community, outstanding scholarship, and exemplary character. For membership, one must be nominated, meet the overall GPA requirement, complete an application process, and interview.

This past weekend were we able to initiate 18 new members into Omicron Delta Kappa!
The new members come from a variety of different academic backgrounds and have built various skills throughout the way. We are excited to see everything they do from here on and are proud to have these new members.

This will be held at Parade Lines on 5th Street in Greenville. Members can earn credit by sending a photo of themselves at the event to Delta Kappa.
