📣 We serve over 27,000 patients — including 1,247 veterans — right here in our community.

House Bill 276 — the Ohio 340B Pharmacy Access Act — is a bipartisan, patient-first solution. It prevents drug manufacturers from restricting 340B medications, protects access to affordable prescriptions, supports local pharmacies, and costs the state nothing.

Representative Angela King is currently opposed.

We respectfully encourage community members to reach out and ask her to support HB 276.

👓 Vision Services – Temporary Location Update

While we continue repairs to our Vision area, services have been temporarily relocated within the building. All vision services can be easily located by using the Lab entrance.

Here’s where to go:

👀 Vision Exams
Exams are being held in the former Pharmacy space.

👓 Glasses & Contact Orders / Adjustments
Orders and adjustments are being handled in the conference room located on the west side of the Lab lobby (left side if you're looking at the lab).

Our team will be happy to direct you when you arrive. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue serving you during this temporary transition. 💙

❄️ Weather Update – Monday, January 26 ❄️

Due to the winter storm and expected overnight wind and extreme cold, Family Health will be closed on Monday, January 26 for the safety of our patients and employees.

The safety of our community and staff is our top priority. We plan to reopen with normal hours on Tuesday, January 27, as conditions allow, and will share updates if anything changes.

📅 Appointments:
If you had an appointment scheduled for Monday, please call us to reschedule once we reopen. If you have questions about your care, we encourage you to message your provider through the patient portal.

💻 Telehealth visits are also canceled. If your provider determines your appointment can still be completed, our team will contact you directly.

We appreciate your patience and kindness toward our front office teams on Tuesday as they manage a high call volume and rescheduling needs.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

Please stay safe, stay warm, and avoid unnecessary travel. We look forward to seeing you soon. 💙

• Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm (40 hours)
• Saturday morning rotation only 3 times per YEAR 🙌
