Donโt have employees or more clients than you can handle? Good. Make the most of it. Hand-written note to every client. 2x-3x the amount of time you spend with everyone. Your lifetime value will never be higher than it is right now, so make the most of it.

In the era of emerging AI, customers will commit/sign/freak out to know theyโre getting the real deal. Your knowledge, not chatGPT. Your thoughts or emotions, not a large language modelโs. Your face and time, not just the info that gets the job done.

Pricing is complex. Money is not just physical; itโs spiritual. You should be and are always worth more than you charge, so just accept that you offer something for less than what you could. Take joy in that. Could you raise your prices? Sure. But you will miss out on the best client relationships when you price them out. Take care of yourself and your family and leave the rest to God.
