Happy National Wellness Month!
To celebrate this month and work towards glowing skin, here are some easy tips to maintain healthy skin through a holistic approach:
1. Keep a balanced diet: Eat fruits, veggies, healthy fats, and whole grains, and make sure to incorporate vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc.
2. Stay hydrated: Aim for eight glasses of water a day and limit your caffeine and alcohol intake, which dehydrates your skin.
3. Craft a consistent skincare routine: Cleanse, moisturize and apply SPF 30 daily, then exfoliate weekly and use serums that are specific to your skin’s needs.
4. Get your beauty sleep: Shoot for seven to nine hours of sleep per night.

This summer is a hot one! ☀️
Here are some tips to keep your skin happy and healthy this season:
1. Wear an SPF 30 or higher and don’t forget to cover your lips!
2. Use lightweight, oil-free, and hydrating sunscreen and moisturizers so you don’t clog your pores.
3. Reapply sunscreen every two hours.
4. Drink water and stay hydrated! The number one way to keep your skin healthy is simply drinking water.
5. Cover up and find shade. It’s tricky to put sunscreen on your scalp and back, so wear a hat and bring a jacket to make sure you’re protected.
