Congratulations to the newest Mountain View Therapy graduate, Henry! 🎓

I am so proud of all of your hard work over the last 9 years Henry! You are so smart, kind, funny, and brave! We have so many wonderful memories together! I will never forget the afternoons at your Nana’s house, all your siblings and cousins with us for speech because no one wanted to be left out of our fun, epic dance parties after finishing our work, and all the races around the back yard to tire everyone out, including me 😉.

One of my favorite memories is making up a game for all of you on the trampoline where you would bounce and bounce until I said time for bed and you would all fall down and lay still and giggle until I yelled “Wakey wakey eggs and bacon!” One day you said “Ms. Katrina I don’t like eggs and bacon, can you say chips and cheese dip?” 😂 From that day forward I had to go through everyone’s favorite breakfast before I could leave for the day. 🥹

Or the time you introduced me on a playground by saying “She’s a witch you know” because I showed you my witch hat on Halloween on a telehealth visit years ago! When I asked why you told them I was a witch you said “well you never said you’re NOT a witch”. 😂🧙🏻 Always keeping me on my toes and laughing!

Thank you to Christina, Jason, Nana, Dandan and the whole family for allowing me to be part of the family! I will miss seeing you every week and I wish you all the best! ❤️🥹

Zane worked so hard in the kitchen helping his mom make Ms. Katrina’s favorite chocolate chess pie today! It was absolutely delicious and a wonderful Christmas surprise! 🥧 I am so proud of you Zane!❤️

Congratulations Anthony!!!! I am so proud of you! 👨🏻‍🎓⭐️🤩

Anthony has taught me so much over the years we have been together! We are always checking out the weather app or learning about gardening, bees, hummingbirds, and other animals! Most recently we learned about sugar gliders and boy does he want one! I told him I better be his first phone call if Santa makes that happen! 😉

His family, including Grammy, welcomed me into their home and we have made so many great memories over the years. I am really going to miss sitting around that kitchen table talking about our days and eating after school snacks together! I hope to see you all really soon!

All of these graduations have made me so incredibly proud! It’s so hard to let kids and their families go, but it’s so fun to watch them grow and succeed too! ❤️

Congratulations to Ava, the sweetest speech therapy graduate!!!! 👩🏻‍🎓 Her cookie cake inspired a new graduation song to the tune of Happy Birthday and required candles of course! 😉🕯🎶You can’t have cookie cake without candles! 🍪🎂

I am so proud of all that Ava accomplished during our time together! I will miss her sweet smile and her weekly “Come on, Miss Katrina let’s play!” or “You’re not listening!” if I wasn’t playing exactly the right way. 😂 Proudly sending her off to rock 4K this year!

Thank you to her wonderful family for all the sweet treats and banana bread, along with years of wonderful memories! I will be seeing you guys around really soon! ❤️

My Sophie girl also graduated from speech therapy this summer! ☀️🎉🎊

I will always remember the day, I heard her first word in therapy at 2 years old “Ice Cream!” She loves it when I tell that story! 😉🍦🍨

It has truly been an honor to witness her growth over the years. She has worked so hard, and I am SO PROUD of her! She is a sweet, talkative, and super smart 8 year old! As you can see we both love to celebrate all the holidays and all the things! 😂 She always thinks we need more sparkles and I have to admit, I think so too! ✨

Tiffany, thank you for welcoming me into your family all those years ago! Thinking about all of our memories brings me to tears, but I’m so proud of your girl! I will miss seeing you guys every week, but as Sophie says now I can come over and we can just play and have fun and no speech! 😂❤️

I couldn’t let the summer end without congratulating this adorable speech therapy graduate! 🥳

Carlyle is so smart, kind, spunky, and funny! It was so fun to watch her grow by leaps and bounds this year. I know she will go far just like her big sister who is also a Mountain View Therapy graduate! I just love the Taylor family, and I hope to see you around Greenville really soon! 💕

Mountain View Therapy is proud to support the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 3️⃣0️⃣th Anniversary! 🎊🎉

July 26th we celebrate this important civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public.

The purpose of the law is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
