Hello! My name is Hayley Baldwin, APRN. I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve patients in Logan County and the surrounding communities through the walk-in clinic. I bring over 8 years of experience as a registered nurse, with a background in emergency medicine and critical care transport/flight nursing, which has shaped the way I approach patient care.

Working in high-acuity and fast-paced environments has taught me the importance of staying calm under pressure, listening closely to my patients, and making sure they feel heard and supported. I strive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while also helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment plan—whether they’re coming in for something minor or more complex.

I currently reside in Hanson with my husband and our four children on our little, growing homestead. Alongside my role at the clinic, I continue to serve our community full-time as a flight nurse. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors spending time with my family—or convincing my husband that we truly need just one more chicken.

Hi, I’m Kelly Rainwaters, a Family Nurse Practitioner, and I’m excited to be joining the team and caring for patients in our community on weekends at Community Health Centers of Western Kentucky.

I’m originally from Franklin, Kentucky, but I’ve lived in Logan County longer than anywhere else and truly consider it home. I have nearly five years of experience as a nurse practitioner, along with 20 years in nursing, with a background in urgent care, primary care, and geriatrics. I enjoy caring for a wide range of patients and focus on providing practical, compassionate care while making sure people feel comfortable and heard. My faith in Jesus is an important part of my life and helps guide the way I care for others.

Outside of work, I live in the Chandlers Chapel community with my husband, Mike. We have a 24-year-old son, Caleb, who makes us proud. When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us camping, spending time outdoors, or cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats— go big blue!

Hello! My name is Jenna Haynes, APRN. I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve Logan County and the surrounding communities through the expansion of the walk-in clinic here at Community Health Centers of Western Kentucky. I have been a nurse practitioner for 10 years, with a diverse background in emergency medicine, urgent care, and occupational medicine.

I am passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care, while also being a reassuring and friendly face for patients during times of uncertainty and pain.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to a busy and joyful five-year-old daughter. We are proud residents of Auburn, Kentucky, and truly love being part of this wonderful community. On my days off, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my family or enjoying the support and fellowship of our church family at Walnut Grove. My faith in Jesus is central to who I am, and I always strive for it to guide the way I care for others.

I also have a heart for medical mission work and value opportunities to serve both within my community and beyond. I genuinely enjoy educating patients about their health, prevention measures, and how medical care can help them heal and thrive.

Hello Muhlenberg County! My name is Patience Spence — a familiar face to some and maybe a new one to others — and I’m excited to continue serving our community in a new role as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Community Health Centers of Western Kentucky Pediatrics. With over 10 years of nursing experience, I am currently accepting new patients as a primary care pediatric provider. My background includes two years in inpatient surgical care and pediatrics, three years in home health serving families throughout Muhlenberg County, and five years in the Level III NICU at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. I also spent three years as a nurse in this very building before stepping into my role as a PNP.
As a 15-year resident of Muhlenberg County, a wife of 10 years, and a mom to two boys, I know what it means to raise kids in this community. I understand the trust families place in their child’s provider, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m committed to showing up every day to care for the children of Muhlenberg County with compassion, respect, and steady support.
