Magnesium is an incredibly helpful tool for most women going through fertility issues because we feel tight and frustrated. Whether that tightness manifests as muscle soreness, hard to fall asleep or irregular digestion, magnesium may be able to help. Take what you need based on your body’s signals. 200-400mg for an adult woman is about right but always ask for help if needed!
