Our Member of the Week is Aline Seaman! 🎉

Aline started doing yoga with us in December 2024 and since starting yoga has noticed some great benefits such as a significant decrease in arthritic symptoms.
⠀
She also shared with us that she used to get out of bed in the morning hunched over and would hobble around until she loosened up. Now she hops out of bed with a straight spine and no pain!

Her fun facts are:
1️⃣She is a nurse anesthetist.
2️⃣She enjoys hiking, reading and painting. 🎨
3️⃣She was on the gymnastics team in high school.
4️⃣She once ran the New York City Marathon! 🏃‍♀️
