With the inclement weather approaching, we are watching the updates in order to make the safest decision for you, our patients, and our team here at the office. Should the decision come to close for any period of time, we will do our best to contact anyone scheduled and process any changes that need to be made for appointments. As always, even if we do not close, please reach out and request appointment changes if you deem it best for your safety. Keep an eye on the sky and Channel 9.

It's a new year (2026pack, let's go!), which means new opportunities! We are still going through potential resumes, but I am reposting this for anyone who might have missed the post before the holidays and would be interested in either a Clerical or Clinical role.

Due to the possible inclement weather, our office will be observing a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, Dec. 9. The ladies at the front are going through and reaching out to anyone scheduled during that time frame in order to reschedule. If you are scheduled during that 8:30-10:00AM period and do not receive a call by chance, feel free to call directly and we will assist you. Thank you, Greenville, and stay safe!

Welp, school is beginning back and all the little germ factories will be running at an efficiency to make even Henry Ford proud. Flu's and RSV's and Poxes, oh my indeed. Not to worry, though, there are plenty of defenses around and we have some of them here at Greenville Family Doctors for your convenience! We have begun stocking this year's strain of Flu vaccine, as well as the RSV for the first time. If you're interested in receiving these please let your provider know at your appointment and they'll be happy to get their assistant to poke* you!

Well hopefully 911 in case of emergencies, but if you need an appointment typically one of the lovely front desk ladies here at GFD will assist you.

Time flies when you're having fun, they say. Back when Greenville was a wee bit smaller, Dr Quentin Mewborn Jr. joined a group of Senior Physicians who were part of the Greenville Clinic. In March of 1975, the group decided to revamp their image with a name change, and Greenville Family Doctors was born. Today, even 50 years later, GFD still strives to provide passionate primary care to Greenville and beyond. We hope you'll join us in celebrating this legacy, and our hope to continue to serve the community for years to come!
