Halfway check-ins are one of my favorite parts of working with clients 🤍
At the 4-week mark in my 8-week program, we pause to reflect on what’s working, celebrate the wins (big *and* small), and get really intentional about the second half. It’s not just about progress on paper—it’s about how things actually feel in your day-to-day life.
Savannah shared that what’s been going really well is finally understanding the *why* behind her food choices—and actually being able to implement it without feeling overwhelmed. And honestly, this is something I hear all the time from picky eaters. There’s often this fear that nutrition means completely overhauling your diet… when in reality, it’s about building on what you already like and making it work for you.
