Office Assistant Opening:

Perfect Balance Natural Health needs a joyful, people oriented person in our front office. Attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must. Experience in Quickbooks is a plus but not necessary. We can train you on Quickbooks. Must have an aptitude for math and juggling several things at once. Responsibilities include greeting clients, keeping a complicated schedule for practitioners, running several therapies etc. Hours will be 9:30 - 5:30 on Monday plus 9-12:00 on Friday. Availability to fill in extra when other staff is sick or on vacation is important.
