Come join yoga teacher Liz Lauffer for a curated Yoga Flow in honor of Earth Day!! Happening Sunday 4/19 at 11am, this will be an extended session that will emphasize grounding poses and leave plenty of time for a deep relaxing savasana at the end of class.

This class will be offered by Liz on a sliding scale $10-$25 and you can drop in or pre-register online at catskillvalleychiropractic.janeapp.com

A little more about Liz:
Elisabeth (Liz) Lauffer has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years, and in 2024 she completed her 200-hour YTT in hatha yoga at Burlington Yoga in Burlington, Vermont. She has taught hatha flow and gentle/chair yoga classes at Evolution Y (now the Parkinson's Center YMCA) and Greene County YMCA since late 2024. From her earlier work as a ski instructor, Liz has long encouraged students to trust their intuition – or inner teacher – as well as ease fear and release deep-seated narratives about their bodies. Yoga has proven another rich platform for exploring these concepts, as her teaching practice is shaped by hatha principles of balancing body, mind and spirit.

April calendar is officially here!!! I'm so proud of all who are coming together to make this space what it is, including all of you who come along to join our classes and build our community!

This month I want to point out some super special events!

>>>> SOUND BATHS: This amazing healing modality of singing bowls is amplified with the talented Kate from Balance and Bloom. She wears so many hats, yet brings the best to the table when it comes to channeling the healing power of sound. She's also partnering up again with Jess from Soulful Surrender to deliver a Restorative Sound Bath... yoga X Sound Healing... YES PLEASE!!!!

>>>> Yoga Pop-Up: We are having a new pop-up this month!!! Welcoming Yoga Teacher Liz Lauffer to teach a grounding Earth Day Yoga flow. More information to be posted soon, so save the date! This will be a longer class allowing you to deepen your practice and root in to some awesome yoga energy. Perfect perfect perfect for SPRING!

Have you tried Irish Stick Classes yet? John and Trish are super passionate about what they teach and what better time to try something new? As the warmer months roll around I'm sure this practice will be taken outside. A great way to incorporate FUN, FITNESS and SELF-DEFENSE!

Jolene has been practicing in Coxsackie with 10+ years of experience and has recently moved her practice within Catskill Valley Chiropractic: A Center For Wellness. She is able to tailor her techniques to your needs and takes care to individualize her work so that your relaxation and comfort is prioritized!
