Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition is the Upstates' NUCCA Chiropractic and Functional Medicine/Nutrition Wellness Center. It's been a while... so let me reintroduce myself!

I am Monika Franz, D.C., M.S., a functional medicine practitioner at Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition in Greenville, SC. I help to transform lives by using cutting-edge, whole-body systems-based functional medicine approaches to health.
