What's the best time to see baby in 3D4D? 27 - 32 weeks. But LOOK at this cutie! She came to see us Monday afternoon at 41 weeks! You read that right.....FOURTY ONE WEEKS!
Stay hydrated mamas, and drink lots of fluid before coming to see us and we can try our very best to get images of ANY week!
Can we just talk about those cheeks!!!!! 🥰

Update: This sweet baby girl was born Tuesday to an amazing mom! Thank you Anna for bringing her in to see us all three times!

Let's talk about ultrasounds!
An ultrasound is done by sending sound waves into your body and collects the sound waves that bounce back. The same as Echolocation done by bats, whales, etc. There is no radiation involved and is 100% safe and effective for all uses.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2D 3D AND 4D ULTRASOUNDS?
2D ultrasound creates a black and white image that shows the skeletal structure of the baby and makes the internal organs visible. The 2D ultrasound is most commonly used to diagnosis the health of the baby and show baby's gender. As the name implies, all 2D images are flat and have no depth to them.
3D ultrasound creates the "yellow" or "sepia tone" images that show the appearance of a three-dimensional image of baby. This allows the expecting parents to see their baby’s face, rather than just the outline of the face.
HD (High Definition) ultrasounds allow us to capture even clearer, sharper images. These images are more defined and have better resolution.
4D ultrasound is created while capturing multiple 2D and 3D images and then creating a video of your baby by putting all the images together. This creates a "live" look into the womb to see baby moving, smiling, yawning, etc.
