Rest Haven is a skilled nursing facility that is a member of Vancrest Health. We offer private rooms in our Rehabilitation Unit. Respiratory care and vent unit.

Personalized therapy services. Rest Haven offers skilled rehab as well as long term and respite care. Our facility has a full time Respiratory therapist to help maintain all Respiratory needs such as COPD, trach care and more. We have a long term Vent unit with all private rooms. Our mission is always to DELIVER the best care.
