You may know Ildi Revi, as the mind behind Purity’s learning and research—but now she’s sharing her story through her new book, The Coffee Guide to Better Health which explores the many health benefits of coffee.

Before joining Purity, Ildi spent years living on a coffee farm in Zimbabwe, helping local farmers develop education programs that improved livelihoods and strengthened communities. She later worked across Africa, developing language and job readiness programs, and eventually helped shape global coffee education standards through the Specialty Coffee Association.

Now at Purity, she leads research on coffee’s health benefits, collaborates with farmers on regenerative agriculture, and guides our learning initiatives—ensuring that every decision is grounded in science, sustainability, and heart.
