Upstate Family Advocacy Resource Center was created after years of firsthand experience managing the complex process of Medicaid, SSI, and guardianship paperwork. We see families being denied access and falling behind, not because they didn’t care, but because the system is complicated and time consuming.
That’s why we don’t just guide families through it, we handle the entire process for them. Applications, renewals, appeals, and reports are completed accurately and on schedule so families can stay focused on care and daily life.
We are now accepting families for our January 2026 service start.
