In the first of 2026, we highlight Bryanna Chazotte, DO! Dr. Chazotte picked ECU Family Medicine because she "wanted to train somewhere that would prepare me for a wide breadth of patient experiences and pathologies. Additionally, I am passionate about Women's Health and I wanted to train at a program that would allow me to pursue my personal interests."

Over the last month, team members have been collecting food items to support the ECU Health Medical Center Medical Food Pantry, a resource commonly utilized in our clinics. As a department, team members donated over 700 food items and $1,134 to the ECU Health Foundation. 🥫🍚🥜🍞

Congrats to the Gold module for taking home the Golden Food Drive trophy🏆 and to all who participated! Serving is our mission, patients are our purpose. 💜💛

For today's , we have Ereny Gerges, MD! Dr. Gerges said she chose to stay here at ECU Family Medicine because "I have known that I wanted to come here ever since my third-year clerkship and AI. What I love about our program is the strong sense of family, the supportive learning environment, the ample opportunities for academic growth, and a sense of autonomy and maturity that I did not find in other programs."
