We can’t believe it’s already been over a week since the 20th annual Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita Support, Inc. conference!

We had such an incredible time meeting new faces, reconnecting with past patients, and spending time with families from across our Shriners Children’s system. The event brought together clinicians and experts, including our occupational therapist Dr. Lisa Wagner, along with patients and families, all united to advance arthrogryposis care, support, and awareness.💙

Shriners Children’s Greenville was named BEST HOSPITAL by community voters at the 2025 Best of the Upstate Awards last night. It is the fifth year in a row SCG was recognized at the top of a category that also included local giants in healthcare. SCG was also named BEST PEDIATRIC CLINIC, rising to the top in a field that included the best practices caring for kids across the Upstate. Thank you to everyone who voted, resulting in this honor! We will continue to do our BEST for you.

Every year, Shriners Children’s selects two International Patient Ambassadors to represent patients from across the health care system. These ambassadors spend the year sharing their stories and showing how Shriners Children’s has changed their lives.

Yesterday was AMC Awareness Day! 💙
Every year on June 30, we wear blue to support those affected by arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC), a rare condition that affects about 1 in every 3,000 children.

To celebrate, we hosted a fun-filled event last Friday with blue snow cones, popcorn, face painting, and more — all in honor of our amazing AMC patients and families.

At Shriners Children’s Greenville, we believe every milestone deserves to be celebrated — and Lore’s quinceañera was nothing short of magical. 💚👑

Dressed in a sparkling green ball gown and crowned with smiles, Lore lit up our halls as we celebrated her 15th birthday in true princess style. With the creativity and heart of our Child Life team, a hospital stay became the backdrop for a celebration filled with music, shimmering decorations, and unforgettable memories!

As Lore completes her journey with us, we’re incredibly proud of all the progress she’s made. We wish her and her family the very best in all that comes their way. 💫

For the ninth year in a row, we’ve had the joy of welcoming the to Shriners Children’s Greenville to help Tradd celebrate Tradd’s Giving Day — a holiday he created in 2017 to deliver toys to children in hospitals. Now 14, Tradd continues to inspire us with his generosity and heart. We’re so thankful he chose to spend his special day hand-delivering gifts to our patients once again! 💙🎁
