With a background in massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, and energy work rooted in the meridian system (often using tuning forks), I help clients move through tension and toward deep restoration. In addition to bodywork, I guide yoga classes, offer astrology readings, and hold Moon circles that help others reconnect with their own rhythms, intuition, and inner knowing. I believe the body speaks in subtle ways—through skin imbalances, muscle tension, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. These aren’t isolated issues; they’re signals from the nervous system asking for safety, softness, and space to release. Whether I’m working through the skin and fascia or guiding clients through their cosmic landscape and the rhythms of the moon, I blend ancient traditions with modern insight—using breath, touch, temperature, scent, and sound to gently return the body and spirit to their natural state of rest, repair, and harmony.
