A Sound Bath is exactly what it sounds like, being bathed in healing frequencies. During a Sound Bath, the brainwave state is altered from a normal waking state (beta) to a relaxed state (alpha), a dream-like state (theta), and even a restorative state (delta). Vibrational sound resonance penetrates the body at a cellular level removing any stagnant energy held in the body resulting in feelings of deep relaxation and renewal.

She ensures our clients receive the best services to support their personal wellness goals. Shari is certified in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Crystal Dreaming and has additional training in Shamanism through the Jaguar Path. She also specializes in Elemental Space Clearing.

Charlotte is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, completing her training at Kundalini Yoga East in NYC. She is also a Reiki 1 & 2 certified and a Feng Shui Practitioner. In 2021, Charlotte left the corporate world to pursue her calling of helping people to learn tools to calm and elevate their mind, body and spirit. She became a Flexologist/Assisted Stretching Professional and provides stretching expertise to help clients increase flexibility, optimize sports performance and improve overall quality of life. In 2022, Charlotte became a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor (cold plunges, breathwork and mindset), completing her training in the mountains of Poland.
