Schedule: Flexible (Option for 3 or 4-day work weeks)

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team! As part of our practice, you’ll manage a full patient schedule, including both new and returning patients, with new referrals coming in daily. You'll have the opportunity to work in a relaxed, yet professional environment, with the option for flexible scheduling — a great work-life balance in mind.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans tailored to their needs
Administer various therapies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Track and monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Provide education to patients on proper techniques and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and practice standards
Collaborate with the practice owner and other team members to deliver the best patient care
Be an active participant in a positive, fun work environment with opportunities to share knowledge and learn from others
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
