GLYCOLIC ACID PEEL:
🔹This peel is perfect for perking up rough, dull or mildly sun damaged skin
🔹Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxyl acid derived from sugar cane
🔹It works via subtle exfoliation and stimulation of skin turn over
🔹The peel takes about 20 minutes and is repeated 4 to 6 times a few weeks apart
🔹There can be mild stinging during the procedure and some short lived mild redness 🔹Post treatment peeling is uncommon
SALICYLIC ACID PEEL:
🔹Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxyl acid, derived from the bark of the willow tree
🔹It has a high affinity for oils, making it particularly helpful in acne patients, especially if blackheads are a problem
🔹It is also helpful in freshening up dull or mildly sun damaged skin
🔹The peel takes about 20 minutes and is repeated 4 to 6 times a few weeks apart
🔹There can be mild stinging during the procedure and some short lived mild redness
🔹Fine peeling can occasionally occur a few days later
VITALIZE PEEL:
🔹Ideal to restore the glow to sun damaged, dull post summer skin
🔹It uses a combination of lactic acid, resorcinol and salicylic acid
