We have a new class with Jessica Blair starting this spring! 🌿

A "Stillness & Surrender" class is a transformative, meditative journey that empowers you to profoundly release tension in the body's connective tissues by holding passive poses for extended periods, utilizing props to fully support the body and promote deep relaxation, making it accessible for all levels and ideal for those seeking stress reduction and increased flexibility; expect to experience a profound sense of serenity through mindful breathing and surrender into each pose.

𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕖𝕩𝕡𝕖𝕔𝕥:
A slow, deliberate sequence of poses, often focusing on seated or lying down postures.
A deep inward focus on sensations within the body, encouraging students to listen to their physical limitations.
Minimal movement between poses, with an emphasis on stillness and surrender.
A calming atmosphere with soft lighting and potentially soothing music.

𝔹𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕗𝕚𝕥𝕤 𝕚𝕟𝕔𝕝𝕦𝕕𝕖:
Reduced stress and anxiety, Improved flexibility and range of motion, Deepened body awareness and mindfulness, Enhanced relaxation and rejuvenation, and Potential to improve joint health.

All you'll need is your yoga mat, all other props will be provided.

𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
🕠 Class with be on Tuesday's at 4:30pm-5:45pm (this is a 75 minute class)
