I made them using locally sourced straw, feathers, dried flowers, fiber and milk w**d . Besom Brooms are a traditional tool used to physically and energetically sweep out negative energy from your hearth and home. Advertising- It's the bane of all businesses. We all discuss the whys, ways, when's and groan and yet it's necessary.

Tonight I spoke to few new friends who have taken my classes and to some other friends about things we do here at Idlenot. I realized we are lacking in advertising our skills here at BODYWORK AT IDLENOT. So here is a list of things I can do to help you.

1. Intuitive Reiki- I use my Intuitive/psychic skills to help pinpoint emotional trauma/issues that are physically effecting your health. I scan your energy fields and move negative energy off/away to help various physical aliments. Such as pain, inflammation, migraines, circulation, emotional blockages and stresses. It's a gentle homeopathic treatment. I work with cancer patients, children, adults and pets

2. Crystal healings- I study and use various crystals to help aid physical healing. Every Reiki session gets a free crystal gift.

3. Home energy clearings- I use sage, Reiki, psychic energy and crystals to aid in cleansing your home of negative energy.

4. Kits- I combine herbs, crystals, moon and storm water , bells , essential oils and other natural prodcts to create various aids.
Manifestation bowl's - geared toward a particular goal in life using crystals, herbs, flowers etc.
Home Cleansing Kits- Sage, crystals and feathers to cleanse your home of negative energy. Including mattress energentic cleansing kits to ensure safe and restful sleep.
Essential Oil Blends - Essential oils used to aid in migraine relief, anxiety relief, relaxation and other various blends.
Crystal Jewerly- Beautiful pieces of crystals to wear to help invoke the specific energy that crystal provides.

5. Classes - I host classes where i revive ancient traditional practices to create fun and functional crafts. Witches Bells, Besom Brooms, Dream Catchers, Yule/Fairy Balls and other fun and informative crafts. My classes are also very affordable. I believe in teaching traditonal crafts as a fun experience as well as a learning one.

Really what I wish I could say is - Reiki- It works, try it damn it. But you know that's not proper. So if any of these things interest you I ask you to contact me here or stop in on Wednesday nights 5:30pm - 8pm starting 11/5/25 so we can chat about it!

Happy 1st day of October! The past two weekends I was off at local craft fairs with my wares. Thanks to many lovely customers I had super successful weekends. I have added some of those wares to my section at Idlenot Fibersmiths. I have jewerly, power journals, manifestation bowls, oil blends for anxiety, headaches and to align your Chakras. Some fun craft kits, crystal candles amd other fun stuff. All of my wares come already charged with Reiki energy to help enhance each products specific purpose. My Besom Broom class is FULL! It's back to school week! If your house is like mine it means chaos and structure. It means sports, clubs, homework, late dinners, early ones and ones on the go. It also means stress. Stress can cause lots of physical aliments. Inflammation in joints, acid reflux, gastrointestinal issues, headaches and the list goes on. I can help you reduce the symptoms of these. Summer is slipping through our fingers quicker than I would like! Summer is a "relax time" but also "let's cram everything fun" into our weekends. So is it relaxing? 🤔 Our kiddos are off from school but have summer camps, parties, play dates, summer sports, etc still going on. So if your spending your summer feeling exhausted from running and racing give yourself the permission to say NO!!! You don't have to attend every party invite. Your kids don't need to be entertained every minute of every day. Good old rest and boredom can inspire more creativity than another "fun" trip. Besides where is the time for us parents/adults to enjoy our summers? Take a nap, a walk, a moment to have a self care date! I can help you relax and reset yourself. Reiki is a great self care reset. Let's work on relaxing, re aligning your energy, work on anxiety, stress, and inflammation. Reiki is a purely holistic practice that's been used for ages. It's been a crazy month and we have a couple more crazy weeks to go. Mainly because I am getting married! I am officially taking a hiatus from appointments until after July 6th. Today is the official Summer Solstice. It is the longest day of the year. Today is a great day to set goals for yourself, to set intentions for the upcoming months. After today the sun sets a little sooner each day. Take time to enjoy and celebrate abundance, solar magic and the luxury of the warmth of this new season. And the joys of summer vacations from the school/sports chaos grind.

Congratulations to all the kiddos graduating this year! My baby is graduating 6th. It's a rough thought that we are officially moving on from the elementary.

It's a full moon! Get your crystals out so they can recharge and cleanse themselves. Put them in your windows, outside on a table, anywhere moonlight can touch them. Leave them out till tomorrow evening to hit the full power as its highest strength is 6/11 at 3:30am .
Make your moon water as well. Embrace a moment of reflection and set your intentions for going forward.

We have our truck parked perfectly toy covered in my trays of crystals . One special tray holds our upcoming weddings crystals.
