Sun Salutation A ☀️
Inhale — reach arms overhead, gaze up
Exhale — fold forward, gaze toward legs
Inhale — halfway lift, gaze forward
Exhale — step or float back, lower halfway
Inhale — upward facing dog, gaze up
Exhale — downward facing dog, drishti toward navel
Take 3 to 5 Ujjayi breaths
Inhale — step or float to the top of the mat, gaze forward
Exhale — fold forward, gaze toward legs
Inhale — rise all the way up, gaze up
Exhale — hands to sides, gaze forward
Repeat 3-5 rounds or as many as you would like.
Sun A is a full-body reset. It builds heat, strength, and stability while linking breath with movement. It gently wakes up the spine, opens the shoulders and hips, and supports circulation and focus. Repeated consistently, it becomes a moving meditation—calming the nervous system while energizing the body.
