Surgery did this. Many procedures over the years. She admits o two face and neck lifts, likely theee rhinoplasty’s, browlift. Blepharoplasty. Botox fillers. Lasers. But a filtered picture after her most recent surgeries caused quite a buzz. See top right photo Unfiltered show still an awesome outcome but she could still benefit from a lower blepharoplasty skin pinch. This is to show filters also change face proportions And that confuses what others think was accomplished by surgeries.

This is a 72 year old patient that I’ve known for years. She doesn’t like an over done or plastic surgery look. She just wanted her upper eyelids shone two get rid of the hooding. As many try to compensate for this by constantly raising their eyebrows subconsciously. This is a well tolerated procedure. She can shower today on day 3. So as I saw it always looks worse before it gets better. She will have a beautiful result once the swelling goes down this week!

This is a breakthrough…I actually did a fellowship in surgical oncology and SICU. I also was the only fellow to have an abstract presentation at the Society of Surgical Oncology…and I was in the Bronx at Lincoln hospital part of Cornell and HHC…where I saw firsthand the disproportionate impact of triple negative breast cancer in African American women. In fact my paper was on this..triple negative means the cancer lacks the receptors for the hormone treatments available..so it’s a very grim diagnosis..as I always say..where there is life, there is hope. This is a great hope!!

NADH stands for “nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) + hydrogen (H).” It occurs naturally in the body and plays a role in generating energy.

The NADH produced by the body is involved in making energy in the body. Taking NADH supplements might affect blood pressure People use NADH for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, athletic performance, depression, Parkinson disease, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Don’t confuse NADH with niacin, niacinamide, or nicotinamide riboside. These are not the same and have other effects. When taken by mouth: NADH is possibly safe for most people when used for up to 12 weeks. It’s usually well-tolerated. But it also activates the same pathways for cancer. Pre op Then immediately after surgery to Day 2 of a Deep place facelift with neck lift, and upper blepharoplasty. Stay tuned! She is a beautiful 66 yr old woman who just wanted to get back to how she used to look. We all age and so grateful we have these options for those that prefer to turn back time!
