She is only 53 years old and she used to be Avery active and careered woman.
I noticed that she is pretty strong woman physically and hard working.
She is very committed so I must respond to it.
I determined to give her the best training not only physically but emotionally and spiritually.

新しいお客様は、脳梗塞の後遺症を持つ女性。まだ53歳と若く、ご主人様が手厚い介護をされています。ティーンの女の子もいます。
トレーニングを始めてみると、結構身体が強い事がわかります。
ご主人のご要望で、筋力とバランストレーニングを行うのですが、色々とチャレンジも多いです。私に出来る事は、知恵を絞って、心のこもったトレーニングを提供する事。無理なく、相手を理解しながら。

We went to Ramp picking yesterday. These are Wild Edible and grow in the mountain, very difficult to be commercially grown. The Taste like garlicky-onion but very unique which is why they are so high demand by chefs!
High in antioxidants, Vitamin A and C. Great for immune system, Skin and Eye.
This morning, I made an omelet with them.😋😋

Warrior in the mountain.

This is the best way to start the day.
Yoga in the mountain.
Hearing birds singing, gentle breeze on my skin, warm sun on my face...
It is so peaceful and forest scents heals my spirit.
The nature heals my souls and I regain my strength.
Thank you Mother Nature for giving me life.

Behind the story——
I didn’t know my hubby got a bag of flour then I bought another bag 😭
So,,, Motivated me to make these yummy balls!

🧁Recipe 🧁
Below for 10 cupcakes (depends on the size of the cup)

🌸Dry ingredients

1 cup of AP Flour
3/4 maple or coconut sugar
1tsp baking soda or baking p
Pinch of salt
1scoop of Proteins powder

🌸Wet ingredients
1 egg
1 cup of milk or any kind of healthy milk
1/2 vegetable oil
1/2 hot water (mix this after mix wet and dry ingredients)
1 cup of Chocolate chips

Bake it 350F for 20-25min
