Today wasn’t just an event, it was a reminder of why we do this.

We showed up for our community, for our kids, and for the conversations that matter most.
Mental health and child safety aren’t “extra topics”… they’re the foundation.

Proud to stand with organizations working every day to protect, support, and empower children. 💛

Boulder, we didn’t build this clinic to be average.

We built it for the people who are tired of:
– being rushed
– being misdiagnosed
– being handed meds without being understood

At Mindful Minds Psychiatry, we do it differently.
Real conversations. Real treatment. Real results.

From medication management → ketamine & SPRAVATO → holistic care
We actually look at the whole you.

If you’ve been struggling silently…
this is your sign to stop settling.

📍 Boulder, CO
You deserve to feel like yourself again.

Staff Day Out – Yoga Theme

At Mindful Minds Psychiatry, we intentionally create Staff Day Out experiences because the work we do in mental health requires presence, emotional strength, and resilience. Supporting patients through trauma, crisis, and healing can be deeply meaningful, but it also requires that we take care of ourselves as a team.

These morale days are not simply time away from the office. They are an investment in our people, our culture, and the quality of care we provide.

This time, we chose yoga because it represents exactly what our team practices every day with our patients, regulation, balance, mindfulness, and intentional breathing. Yoga encourages us to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and reset our nervous systems. In a field where we constantly give our energy to others, taking time to restore our own energy is essential.

Moments like this allow our team to:
• Step away from the fast pace of clinical work
• Reduce stress and prevent burnout
• Strengthen relationships with one another
• Reconnect with the mission behind the work we do

When a team feels grounded, supported, and connected, patients feel that energy too. A healthy team creates a healthy environment for healing.

Our Staff Day Out with yoga was a reminder that taking care of the caregivers matters. When we pause, breathe, and reset together, we return to our work more focused, compassionate, and aligned with the purpose of Mindful Minds Psychiatry. 🧘‍♀️✨

Tomorrow (Thursday 3/12) our Mindful Minds Psychiatry team will be taking a Staff Day together.

Mental health work is deeply meaningful, but it’s also emotionally demanding. Our providers, PCCs, and support staff show up every day for patients navigating some of life’s hardest moments. Because of that, we believe it’s essential to intentionally create space for our team to reconnect, recharge, and support one another.

Staff days allow us to strengthen relationships across our offices, build morale, and remind ourselves why we do this work.

A healthy team creates healthier care.

We are incredibly grateful for the people behind Mindful Minds Psychiatry and the compassion they bring to our patients every single day. 💚

🏆 Another huge milestone for our team.

Mindful Minds Psychiatry has been ranked a Top 3 Mental Health Clinic in Northeast Denver for 2026.

This recognition is based on real patient experiences and Google reviews, which makes it especially meaningful to us. Mental health care is deeply personal, and we are grateful for the trust our community places in our team every single day.

Our mission has always been simple:
Provide compassionate, thoughtful, and evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

To our patients, families, and referring providers in the Denver community, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.

And to our incredible team, your dedication, empathy, and hard work make this possible.

We are honored by this recognition and even more committed to continuing to raise the standard for mental health care.
