Sothi shares how Nano Bella set about producing the Sublime Elixir, our “oral drops.”
During the war, Co-Founder and CEO Sothi spent a lot of time in the Middle East. To be clear, Sothi was not a serviceman nor a contractor, but he travelled with a lot of them, both there, and on the way back from the conflict zone. When he was done traveling, he spent time taking a recovery meeting to a psych ward. There, he met a number of combat vets who had come home, went to the VA battling conditions like PTS, and would end up hopped up on opiates and then cut off.
It was his deep belief at that time, 7 years ago, that there had to be a better way for them. So Sothi spent a lot of time studying cannabinoids from that point on.
He went to Vancouver, BC, and met doctors who were treating opioid-addicted population of Vancouver with both opiates and cannabis (which was federally legal).
Being in recovery himself, it was important for Sothi that there was a solution that didn’t involve getting high. And that involved finding a solution that didn’t include the use of THC.
That led Sothi to the h**p field of Oregon, where he worked on seed genetics, planting, harvesting, and extraction.
But in the end, Sothi understood that specific compounds (in the form of isolates) had to be used to attempt to provide a solution that could be therapeutic.
This is what set Nano Bella about identifying and using CBG isolate and developing our Nanoemulsion Technology.
